These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the nos4d platform. Please read them carefully in full before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering on nos4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on nos4d. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process. Accounts belonging to underage users are immediately suspended and any real-money balance returned to the verified payment method.
All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — with no currency conversion fees applied by nos4d.
All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
All nos4d bonuses carry clearly stated wagering requirements, eligible game contribution rates, and expiry periods. Bonus Funds are held separately from the real-money Balance. No hidden conditions apply — every term is published in full on the applicable promotion page.
Each individual is entitled to register exactly one nos4d account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated balances may be forfeited. If you have lost account access, contact support rather than creating a new registration — our team will assist with recovery.
nos4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity is detected, or where a player requests self-exclusion under our responsible gaming policy. Verified real-money balances are returned following review.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nos4d. By accessing or using the nos4d platform at https://nos4d.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms set out in this document. To register an Account and use the nos4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period during which your Account remains active:
nos4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including retroactively. Where eligibility requirements are found not to be met, the Platform may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account in question. Real-money Balances held at the time of suspension will be subject to review and may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
To open an Account, you must complete the nos4d registration form in full, providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and an active phone number. All information submitted at registration must be truthful. nos4d is not responsible for any loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete registration data provided by the Player. If any registration information changes after Account creation, it is the Player's responsibility to update their Account details promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and strict confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access credentials with any third party under any circumstances. nos4d will never request your full password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. You must notify nos4d support immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. nos4d shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
All Players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal request is approved. Typical KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:
nos4d aims to complete KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players will be notified of the outcome by email. Incomplete document submissions will be returned with a clear explanation of what additional information is required. nos4d reserves the right to request supplementary documentation at any stage if deemed necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting nos4d support via live chat. Pending wagers at the time of closure request will be settled according to their normal outcomes. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's most recently used verified payment method following a standard review period. nos4d also reserves the right to close Accounts unilaterally where these Terms are breached — see Section 7 (Prohibited Activities) for details.
nos4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via verified Indonesian payment methods. Currently supported channels include local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP) and major Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). nos4d does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges independently.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of each transaction. nos4d reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. nos4d targets a processing time of under five minutes for withdrawals during standard Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours may be processed the following business morning. Processing timelines are targets and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside nos4d's control, including bank processing schedules and e-wallet infrastructure maintenance windows.
All funds deposited into a nos4d Account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name. nos4d strictly prohibits deposits made using funds sourced from third parties, business accounts, or payment methods not owned by the Account holder. Where third-party payment sources are identified, the deposit will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation. nos4d is committed to anti-money-laundering best practices and cooperates fully with internationally recognised AML standards.
An Account is considered dormant if it has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. nos4d will notify the Account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Administration fees on dormant accounts will not reduce the Balance below zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant Account should contact support, complete any updated KYC requirements, and make a new qualifying deposit.
nos4d may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms — including minimum qualifying deposit, bonus amount or percentage, wagering requirement, eligible games, contribution rates per game category, maximum bet size during bonus play, and expiry period — which will be published clearly on the applicable promotion page at the time the offer is active.
Unless a promotion is expressly labelled as "No Wagering" or "Cash Bonus", all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Funds amount (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total qualifying wagers to be placed). Wagers placed using the real-money Balance do not count towards clearing Bonus Fund wagering requirements. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates; these rates are detailed on the promotion page of each offer.
nos4d actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; systematically exploiting low-margin bet patterns specifically to fulfil wagering requirements rather than for genuine recreational play; colluding with other players; and using arbitrage strategies in conjunction with bonus balances. Where bonus abuse is identified, nos4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, void wagers placed using those funds, and in severe cases permanently close the Account. Determinations in this regard are made at nos4d's sole and reasonable discretion.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from free spins that have not been claimed or whose associated wagering requirements have not been fully met within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account Balance. Expiry periods are clearly stated on each promotion page at the time the offer is claimed. Players are responsible for tracking their own bonus expiry timelines.
All games available on the nos4d Platform are sourced from independently certified third-party providers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and NetEnt — whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are tested and certified by accredited independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. nos4d does not modify, interfere with, or otherwise influence game outcomes.
Sports betting markets on nos4d — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and all other listed competitions — are governed by the specific rules published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports event outcome, nos4d will refer to the official ruling body of the relevant sport or league. Settlement decisions by nos4d are final. Asian Handicap, Mix Parlay (mix parlay: accumulator betting across multiple events), and other bet types each carry their own specific settlement rules, which must be reviewed by the Player prior to placing any wager.
A market or individual selection may be voided where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, abandoned, or rendered unsettleable by circumstances beyond nos4d's control (including but not limited to: weather conditions, force majeure events, or venue changes materially affecting the nature of the competition). Void stakes are returned to the Player's real-money Balance without any associated winnings.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, software fault, or clearly incorrect odds or game configuration caused by a platform error, nos4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Obvious error" odds — that is, odds which are manifestly incorrect when compared against the prevailing true market price — will be corrected and any bets placed at such odds voided. nos4d's determination as to whether an error or malfunction has occurred is final.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the nos4d Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. nos4d reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the following:
Where prohibited activities result in financial losses to nos4d, the Platform reserves the right to pursue recovery of those losses through all lawful available means.
nos4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of voluntary self-management tools accessible from within every Player's Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are designed to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity at all times.

All content made available on the nos4d Platform — including but not limited to the nos4d brand name, logo, visual identity, website design, user interface, text, imagery, graphics, game interfaces, data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of nos4d or of its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, framed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of nos4d. Unauthorised use of nos4d intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permissible under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nos4d, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of whether nos4d was advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall nos4d's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all theories of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nos4d makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform; nos4d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows where practicable.
nos4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made — that is, a change that substantively affects Player rights, obligations, or the economic terms of using the Platform — nos4d will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where available, by sending an email to the registered Account address.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the effective date of the change. Archived versions of prior Terms are available from the nos4d support team upon request.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. nos4d operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform, Licensed and Regulated Internationally, and all regulatory obligations are discharged under the terms of our international licensing framework.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any transaction on the Platform, the Player agrees to first contact nos4d's support team directly to seek an informal resolution. The support team will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a fair resolution within 14 calendar days. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to nos4d's designated independent dispute resolution body, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as limiting any rights that Players may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. nos4d respects and abides by applicable consumer protection standards in markets where it operates, including Indonesia.
